MAGAZINE ILLUSTRATION - Euroman

More comissioned work for Danish super magazine EUROMAN and their very own, really cool AD (Hej Sune!) coming right up!
This time a portrait of German award-winning author Clemens Meyer.
In stores in Danmark pretty soon! :)

MAGAZINE ILLUSTRATION .. and more! --> (llot llov)

For the Berlin-based multi-talented interior and product designing super crew LLOT LLOV I drew a picture of a guy in a suit in an environment furnished with their very own really hot furniture.
The illustration is going to be featured in the catalog of the Milan Furniture Fair Cosmit and in - hold yourself tight - PAGE magazine! Woohoo.

MAGAZINE ILLUSTRATION - Nöjesguiden 3/09

For my second job with Nöjesguiden I got to illustrate a text by Daniel Nyhlén - this issues guest columnist - PLUS a second text by Johan Kellman Larsson who interviewed old classmates and teachers of 6 Swedish celebrities to find out if they were nice in school. :)

The illustrations even found their way to some websites. Check it out by clicking here and here and here.

MAGAZINE ILLUSTRATION - Standard Magazine

Woohoo!! My favourite AD David (from the French FHM and Standard magazine) contacted me once again and asked me to illustrate TWO texts for their latest issue with the topic "Cosmos" (available in France only...): one about the new Virgin Galactic spaceship flight (attention: for rich people only! the costs are astronomical. hehe) and one about the cult sci-fi series "SPACE:1999" and the animated movie Wall-E.

For the first text I painted the Virgin Galactic spaceship (btw, it's name is Enterprise...) in earth orbit and for the second text I decided to let Wall-E play Space-Twister with Commander John Koenig and Doctor Helena Russell.

The perfect assignment for a Sci-Fi fan like me! Thanks David!

MAGAZINE ILLUSTRATION - USELESS Magazine

And once again an animal for the upcoming Useless Magazine. No shark this time, but an equally frightening creature.

MAGAZINE ILLUSTRATION - BE STREET

Brace yourselves! 8 pages full-on Ollanski power!

The supernice people (big-ups to Benny!) from the French urban fashion magazine "Be Street" allowed me to illustrate a 6 page fashion spread!! KICK ASS! The topic: urban circus.
Besides that I also gave my very first interview in the very same issue which is out now in stores in France, Belgium, Germany and Japan. Willkommen, bienvenue and ようこそ Be Street !

And here are the pictures. Yay!

If you are in Germany RIGHT NOW..

... go and buy BLONDE and PLACE with illustrations by Ollanski!

MAGAZINE ILLUSTRATION - PLACE

The editor in chief and allround (not just art) director of PLACE - the magazine for skateboard culture - asked me to draw a picture of Brian Wenning for the April issue and you know what guys: I really love the picture. It makes me want to start skateboarding again even though last time i skateboarded I broke my foot. Oh well....

MAGAZINE ILLUSTRATION - Nöjesguiden 2/09

YAY! Got myself a deal with Nöjesguiden. The ever so sharp and stylish newspaper for young people in the bigger Swedish cities.

From now on I will regularly illustrate a guest column in Nöjesguiden. This time the author is Magnus Talib who wrote a pretty cool short text about Malmö, the Sodom & Gomora of Sweden. Haha.

For some cross promotion: check out Magnus Talib's blog by klicking here, if you like. ;)

almost a MAGAZINE ILLUSTRATION - ZEIT Magazin

The very fiendly AD of the German Die Zeit Magazin contacted me concerning the illustration of a weekly recurring column in which a know German author and TV personality (Roger Willemsen) is interviewing more and less known people. The first interview was with the politician Franz Müntefering. I came up with 2 different possibile illustrations which unfortunately weren't taken in the end since the editor in chief decided to go for typography. (Darn!)

MAGAZINE ILLUSTRATION - brand eins

The big AND stylish (props to the AD!!) German economy magazine "brand eins" asked me to illustrate an article for their March issue and that is exactly what I did.
:)
